Design hero

For this assignment it was the intention that you take your design hero as inspiration to make a design that is inspired by that designer. I have two designers who really appeal to me,  Ann Veronica Janssen and Ruben Terlou. Ann Veronica Janssen is a light artist. What really appeals to me is that light can become an incredibly beautiful work of art and the colors it uses. Ruben terlou is a photographer and his way of photographing Asia really appeals to me.

I wanted to do something where I could connect both designers. I did this through a combination of light and photography. I painted three sheets of glass and held LED lighting in front of them and then photographed them.
