Meditation for mental health

Meditation health is an app that indicates whether meditation is for you. The app is mainly aimed at young people because they often experience a lot of stress due to, for example, school and work. Meditation is a method that is mainly used to create tranquility and can therefore be a good solution to reduce your stress.


The app works as follows, you fill in a questionnaire with 10 questions about, for example, your diet, sleep and stress. When you have completed all the questions, you will receive a result that shows whether meditation is for you and how you can proceed.
